By purchasing wood centrally, the Faber Halbertsma Group ensures that the supply of wood is certain. The Satim/Halba subsidiary purchases wood across the whole world for the various production companies in the Group. The Group's annual requirement is 500,000 to 550,000 m3 of wood. As a result, the company is one of Europe’s largest wood importers.
